Mr. Ajay Tendulkar is qualified AICWA, MMS (Finance) and has a vast experience in the Housing Finance Sector. Ajay was also instrumental in building a quality wholesale portfolio through the Direct assignment/ Securitization route in his earlier organization. He has more than 25 years of experience in BFSI sector at various levels with entities like GE Money, HSBC Bank, Fullerton India and he was CFO of Magma Housing Finance Limited prior to his present role.
Mr. Brajender Kumar – Director
Mr. Brajender Kumar, a graduate from the University of Delhi, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in general operations and administration. He has been actively involved in overseeing day-to-day business activities, coordinating administrative functions, and supporting management in ensuring operational efficiency.
Mr. Samir I.S. - Director
Mr Samir I. S. is an MMS from Mumbai University and has above 15 years of placement and team management experience in the Debt markets. He has hired, trained and developed a Debt Placement team for increased coverage and penetration in existing and new market segments. Samir is associated with A.K. Capital Services Ltd since Mid 2010. During his stint he played a critical role in setting-up the Debt transaction advisory team. He has also been instrumental in placing maiden debt issues of credit enhanced bonds across investor segments. Earlier, Samir was working with one of the oldest broking and investment-banking house in India.
